What do you think of a product review written in an amusing way? Do you think something funny cannot grab a desired market as you wish? That is because it is not serious, and therefore readers feel it is just a waste time reading?
Probably, that's what we think naively about parody, allegory, joke or anecdote which has no target to meet but to amuse people only and satirical? When it comes to entertainment anything can be shown to amuse people, but to a product review? It's not a joke. It should not be funny!
Is that true? All depends on the context. If you have something comical in a review but you don't mean it as silly, you can still go on with your writing of a product as part of your affiliate campaign. There's nothing so funny about seeing the result of what you have done later, just keep in mind that:
1. The point, the aim or the target--we know--they are not the funny elements in an article. So, no matter how amusing you write the product review is, it must meet the market's demand. Not only your consumer feel well informed but also get entertained.
2. Uniqueness. This is what most readers are looking for on the Internet, as they are hunger for quality writings. So funny here doesn't mean being out of the context. It's a charm everybody needs to have to attract attention.
3. Opportunities. The way you review something in different way is your power that might attract people to hire you to write for their project. So, can you say it's funny with you having your own product to sell to others?
How about that? If you agree with me and writing is your passion, why don't you join me writing for people here and earn money.
